Model Home at Providence at Yates Pond: Gold Medal Award-Winner

The Triangle Parade of Homes opened the door for many homebuyers and browsers last month. For three weekends, homebuilders welcomed visitors to tour more than 200 new construction homes in the Research Triangle area (Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill). We’re proud to announce that Baker Residential’s model home at Providence at Yates Pond is the gold medal award-winner at the Parade of Homes this year!

This Ashland floor plan was viewed by more than 1,200 visitors during the Parade, along with two other luxury homes in Baker Residential’s Cary, NC, neighborhood. The three-story, 5,493-square-foot home at 2009 Vandiver Way received the highest recognition in the category of homes priced from $1.16 million to $1.5 million. 

This stunning 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath executive home showcases Baker Residential’s appreciation for detail. From one room to the next, our guests were taking in all the angles, checking out the details and marveling at the unique ceiling designs.

The comment we frequently heard was, “I could live out here!” as they plopped onto the sofas and surveyed the details in the brick archways, the nano doors, the beadboard ceiling, and the exquisitely appointed outdoor kitchen. We incorporated natural stone work surfaces with the grill, fireplace, ceramic “egg” cooker, warming drawers, cabinets, fridge, and storage areas.
