The Homesites at Weddington Are Now Available: Come In for First Choice

We told you it was coming. We’ve had inquiries with the anxiousness of a child waiting for a birthday. “Is it here yet?” “Is today the day?” Well, Baker Residential is pleased to announce that the homesites at Weddington are now available. We opened the doors to the homesites on Saturday, February 23, at our VIP Homesite Reservation Event. Of the 30 homesites that Baker Residential made available in the first phase, 12 of them were reserved in the opening weekend! 

Each Weddington homesite provides a quarter-acre of land in the desirable area of Apex. Of course, Apex, as a whole is a very desirable city in The Research Triangle.
