If there’s a structural issue, our home warranty protects you for 10 years. Your home’s systems and appliances are covered by the manufacturer. In addition to the walk-through prior to closing, we’ll conduct additional walk-throughs 60 days and one year from your purchase date—just to make sure everything meets your satisfaction and our standards and that any issues are addressed during the warranty period. Our Warranty Department is available to answer your questions and file a claim.
