We look into the school system so that we can provide our families with a quality education. We explore the amenities in the area, so you won’t have to go far to get what you need and want. And we examine the privacy factor—providing close proximity to major roads while still giving you the feeling of being away from it all.

We walk you through everything. You’re probably familiar with the walk-through that happens before you close on a new home. That’s the time you take one last look before signing the documents and taking ownership. At Baker Residential, we see walk-throughs in a broader way. We walk you through the community you’re considering so you can get a feel for this neighborhood. It’s important you get a feel for what living here will be like.

We walk you through the design process. We show you floor plans and let you take a virtual tour, so a one-dimensional plan comes to life. If we have available models, we’ll show you around there as well.

We’ll then guide you through the design selection process. You’ll browse through the selections for everything from paint colors, flooring, and countertops to plumbing and lighting fixtures and the hardware on your cabinets.
